We listed our house for sale with Mission Grove Realty. The agent “Graham Holmes” was very proficient in what in what he did to sell our home. He made sure that we had plenty of brochures, which were excellent in showing our home. If we were ever in the market to buy or sell a home in California we would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone else that we know to use him to sell their home or buy another house. We would like to give our highest recommendation to Graham Holmes of Mission Grove Realty in Hemet . After an illness our mother had to relocate from her home in Hemet to our home in Thousand Oaks . We listed her home with a local broker just as the bottom was falling out of the Real Estate market in 2006. After 6 months without one offer, we enlisted the help of Graham Holmes. Within two days we had multiple offers and the sale was finalized in less than a month.
